Commercial & Supply Terms • Tekla Energy Private Limited

1. Scope of Agreement

These terms govern the use of www.teklaenergy.in and any commercial quotations or supply orders entered into with Tekla Energy Private Limited ("Tekla Energy"). All purchases and supply contracts are subject to mutual written purchase orders (PO) and proforma invoices (PI).

2. Technical Specifications & Tolerances

All copper and tinned wire products are manufactured in accordance with mutually agreed technical datasheets and reference standards (such as ASTM B-1 through B-787, IEC 60332, IS 10810, IS 8130, IS 1897). Standard manufacturing tolerances on wire diameter, stranding lay length, and tin coating thickness apply unless narrower custom tolerances are confirmed in writing.

3. Quotations & Pricing

Due to international copper market price volatility (LME / MCX rates), price quotations issued by Tekla Energy are valid for the specific duration indicated on the quotation sheet. Final billing is calibrated to official settlement rates and raw metal cathode price indices at time of order booking.

4. Quality Assurance & Inspection

Each dispatch is supported by a standardized Manufacturer’s Test Certificate (MTC). Third-party inspection (TPI) by agencies such as TUV, SGS, BV, or client technical representatives is facilitated at our RIICO Chopanki works subject to prior agreement.

5. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of commercial transactions with Tekla Energy Private Limited shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in District Khairthal-Tijara / Alwar, Rajasthan, India.
